Description

Calm Gentle Retinal Serum from Osmosis Beauty is a vitamin A serum that is designed for all skin types, especially aging skin. It rebuilds your skin's outer dermis while reducing skin inflammation.

The Osmosis Calm Gentle Retinal Serum also increases the supply of nutrients, as well as moisture. Additional vitamin A conditions your complexion to encourage quicker skin rejuvenation.

Calm Gentle Retinal Serum Miracle Ingredients

This Calm Gentle Retinal Serum rejuvenates deep into the skin's surface, while calming sensitive skin. Osmosis Calm Gentle Retinal Serum contains 7 liposomal antioxidants to restore the lipid barrier and protect the skin from damaging free radicals. Additionally, soothing botanicals help reduce inflammation to restore skin balance.

The Osmosis Calm Gentle Retinal Serum also includes 7 non-irritating collagen and elastin stimulators for anti-aging benefits. A loss of collagen and elastin leads to sagging skin that is lacking in volume. Osmosis Calm actively works to stimulate these skin factors leading to a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. Furthermore, skin will appear fuller and more youthful.

Osmosis Beauty focuses on nourishing your skin from the inside out. Furthermore, Osmosis UK products directly target the cause of your skin concerns to deliver permanent improvements.

Using scientifically researched actives, Osmosis skincare ingredients help to uniquely restore and strengthen skin of any age. Resultantly, their transparent formulations and scientific approach has led Osmosis UK to becoming one of the most trusted global skincare brands.

Specialising in anti-aging, as well as rosacea, and blemish-prone skin, the results of Osmosis UK are unmatched.

How Do You Use Osmosis Calm Serum?

Use 1 pump of Osmosis Calm Gentle Retinal Serum once or twice daily, after cleansing and before moisturising and applying sun protection.

Osmosis serums are highly concentrated using source ingredients, and if you are new to this range we advise just a few little things.

Begin by using only 1/2 to 1 pump of Osmosis Calm Gentle Retinal Serum per application for at least the first week and build up from there if needed. For optimum results, massage Calm Gentle Retinal Serum into the skin followed by Osmosis Boost Peptide Activating Mist, or alternatively a slight addition of water on the skin.

If you find the serum is struggling to be absorbed, you should take time to massage your serum into the skin thoroughly until fully absorbed. Repeat use of the Boost Peptide Activating Mist or water if needed.

It may take a week of use before your skin becomes accustomed to the use of the rich ingredients within Osmosis serums and starts absorbing the product more effectively.

How Much Retinol Is In Osmosis Calm?

The Osmosis Calm Gentle Retinal Serum contains 0.0375% Retinaldehyde. This is the least irritating form of retinol.

What's The Difference Between Retinaldehyde And Retinal?

Retinal is just a shortened version of retinaldehyde. Both terms refer to the same thing and the two can be used interchangeably.

Key ingredients:

Retinaldehyde .0375% (the least irritating form of Retinol): This stabilised form of Vitamin A slowly converts to Retinoic Acid in the skin. Retinaldehyde encourages skin cell regeneration and collagen production, conditions complexion to encourage quicker skin rejuvenation.

Lactic Acid: This acid exfoliates dead cells making skin smoother and more even.

Niacinamide, Sea Buckthorn Extract, Peptides: These help your skin maintain and retain moisture. They aid in visibly minimising enlarged pores, improving uneven skin tone, softening fine lines and wrinkles, diminishing dullness, and strengthening weakened surface.

Sea Buckthorn Extract (Hippophae Rhamnoides): It provides powerful anti-inflammatory properties, while hydrating and nourishing the skin. It protects the skin from UV radiation and has extreme healing properties mostly when it comes to burns.

Feverfew Extract (Chrysanthemum Parthenium): This delivers high antioxidant and anti-irritant benefits. The extract can be very soothing to skin. It also has potent skin-soothing properties and can help to diminish redness.

Fulvic Acid: Fulvic acid is a very potent antioxidant and has significant effects against fine lines, wrinkles, and skin sagging. Acids do not disrupt the skin's delicate acid mantle, whereas alkaline substances do.

Willow Herb: This extract works against acne bacteria, and is anti-inflammatory, an anti-irritant, anti-microbial, anti-viral, and cleansing. The plant also contains high levels of a tannin called oenethin B which helps regulate skin sebum making it an ideal ingredient for restoring your skin's natural balance.

Ingredients:

  1. And it's a form of vitamin which doesn't irritate skin - I really like it as regeneration of skin is happening 24/7

  2. and in Osmosis serum it is in a form of retinaldehyde which absorbs much better without any irritation and has stronger effect on the skin health! I was looking for such product for a long time before I found it in Osmosis. Since that it's my favourite!

  3. Have been using Osmosis products for 2 years and with visible results. I have now referred others who've complimented my skin and they love it also.

  4. I read a lot about Osmosis and their scince behind each product and slowly became their 100% lover! This serum is number 1 is my rating as it have vitamin A and antioxidants .. - in other words, it has everything skin needs!!!!!

  5. I am not a specialist in cosmetics but I can feel the clinical changes of the products in my skin.
ps: it trully goes well with every product.
