I want to cancel or return my order, what should I do?
STEP 1: CHECK THE ORDER STATUS
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, it may suffice to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or to call 020 3963 9920.
STEP 2: WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THE CANCELLATION?
Did you change your mind after placing your order or did you receive a faulty product? Either way, for us to make it right we should be made aware as soon as possible.
STEP 3: CONTACT DERMOI
If you have already received your order and you wish to return it, you must first contact email@example.com to start the process. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days if the products remain unopened and returned to us within 14 days.
STEP 4: SEND THE PRODUCTS BACK TO US
We will answer your email and when needed we will ask you to send the products back to us in the same state you received them. If you incur any costs to make a return, please send us a picture of the receipt. We can only refund you if we have proof of the cost.
STEP 5: YOUR MONEY RETURNED TO YOU
In case we have offered you a refund, this should be available within 3 to 5 working days after we receive your return. In most cases you should expect it takes 7 days for the money to enter your account after you send the return.
