Key ingredients:
Titanium Dioxide (transparent) 5.20% - Derived from titanium, a highly reflective white chalky mineral. Non-irritating and non-allergic, titanium dioxide is non-comedogenic. One of the most effective ingredients for sun protection.
Zinc Oxide (micronized) 1.10% - Safe, physical broad-spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen active provides physical barrier to reflect and absorb UV radiation.
Tocopherol (Vitamin E) 1.0% - Moisturiser and potent lipophilic antioxidant inhibits DNA damage, thymine dimer formation, inflammation and oxidative damage. Protects against UV-induced photodamage.

Directions:
Apply to clean skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure and reapply when necessary.

I usually use Extreme protect as my spf cream but when I go on holiday this one works faster and you can add more after swimming. I never ever burned with this cream and my face is not sun damaged !!!
