Description

The Codex Antu Brightening Moisturizer strengthens the skin barrier, rehydrates, and protects the skin from environmental aggressors. Furthermore, the Antu Brightening Moisturizer has been clinically proven to improve the appearance of skin tone, pores, and flakiness!

What's Inside Codex Antu Brightening Moisturizer?

This regenerative day cream features the patent-pending antioxidant AntuComplex formula. Comprised of M3 (matico, maqui & murtilla) and hydrolysed hyaluronic acid, its ingredients work synergistically to hydrate and soothe.

The antioxidants present in M3 neutralise free radicals, which can damage your skin. Antioxidant skin benefits include reducing inflammation, stimulating collagen, brightening skin tone, and preventing premature aging. Additionally, the inclusion of hyaluronic acid provides deep skin hydration.

As well as this, the Codex moisturiser also includes murumuru seed butter, camapu extract, and entada phaseoloides extract. Murumuru restores skin moisture, camapu defends against IR damage, while entadine protects against environmental aggressors.

Although this hydrating skin cream is suitable for all skin types, it is the best day moisturiser for dry skin. This is due to its great amount of hydrating and moisturising ingredients that soothe and deliver moisture deep into the skin.

Including a protective, hydrating moisturiser in your skincare routine is an effective way to prevent premature aging.

Furthermore, this daily moisturiser stands out as it repairs and protects the skin simultaneously. In short, if you protect your skin from free radicals, you will save it from an abundance of issues. It is never too late to start caring for your skin!
With this luxurious brightening moisturiser, you can achieve bright skin, refine your pores, and improve your complexion.

As well as this, it also helps wound healing genes. Furthermore, camapu, entadine, and astrocaryum murumuru restore the skin barrier, reduce redness, and protect the skin from environmental stressors.

On top of this, the Codex Brightening Moisturizer formula also has a proven film which forms to protect against pollution particles.

Moreover, the Antu Brightening Moisturizer is verified by MyMicrobiome and has been proven to decrease trans epidermal water loss by 19% and the visibility of pores by 7% in 28 days.

Codex Beauty Labs is a bioscience company that combines the science of plant biology with biotech innovations. This results in a range of state-of-the-art skincare.

Working with plant scientists and ethno-botanists, Codex Beauty take pride in formulating their products with the highest quality ingredients. All products are cosmos natural, vegan-friendly, and cruelty-free. What's more, Codex Beauty ensures that their products support the microbiome with their breakthrough PreservX system.

The brand features two collections: Bia and Antu. The Bia hydrating collection blends native Irish botanicals and BiaComplex. This improves skin hydration and moisture retention. Furthermore, it also enhances cleansing without stripping moisture, and thus protecting the skin barrier.

This collection is especially ideal for those who have sensitive skin, including psoriasis, excema and rosacea. The BiaComplex featured in this hydrating line is a patented bio-active blend which not only nourishes the skin but forms a protective, water-retaining film.

On the other hand, the Antu brightening collection harnesses the power of bio-actives from Patagonian plants. This protects and heals the skin. This collection includes a powerful antioxidant range and is beneficial for anti-aging.

The featured AntuComplex was developed to soothe irritation and calm inflammation. The protective formula comprises a unique blend of M3 (matico, maqui & murtilla), and hydrolysed hyaluronic acid. Additionally, also present are plant and fruit extracts from South America, recognised for their immuno-stimulant and analgesic properties.

Codex Beauty founder Dr. Barbara Paldus created the brand in response to her concerns towards the safety, transparency, and sustainability of the skincare industry. Rather than solely thinking about 'cosmetics', Dr Paldus takes a, scientific, data-driven approach to skincare. All Codex skin care products are micro-biome certified which means they wont harm your microbiome, or cause inflammatory disorders.

With Codex beauty you can heal, nourish, and protect your skin.

What Happens If You Don't Moisturise?

Failing to use an effective moisturiser, such as the Codex Antu Brightening Moisturizer, can result in dull and dry skin. This will worsen during the colder, winter months or during periods of low humidity. Without moisturiser the skin will become flaky and irritated.

Key Ingredients:

AntuComplex: This patented antioxidant mix of M3 (matico, maqui & murtilla) and hyaluronic acid is a protective formula that hydrates, soothes, and alleviates redness.

The M3 antioxidant blend supports the activity of natural skin antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase, glutathione, and catalase. It also up-regulates anti-inflammatory, and wound healing genes in skin cells.

Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter: Within the Codex Antu Brightening Moisturizer, this emollient provides deep moisture, reduces inflammation, and is beneficial for sensitive skin. Furthermore, it is rich in omega 3s and 9s, as well as vitamins A, C and E. This make it soothing on the skin.

Physalis Angulata (Camapu) Extract: This ingredient helps to protect the skin against infrared thermal damage. It is also effective at alleviating discomfort or temporary redness.

Entada Phaseoloides Bark/Seed Extract: Within the Codex Antu Brightening Moisturizer, this skincare active protects the skin against environmental stressors. Also, it is particularly effective at reducing sun damage by amplifying the skin's natural defences and immunity. This prevents premature skin aging.
